Whenever I get this error it is because the application cannot find
the components (web pages) in the HelloWorld.woa/Contents/Resources
directory of the built project.
So look in your project's build directory to see if they are being
copied there. If they are not, then we'll have to dig a little deeper
and look at the woproject include/exclude patternset files.

Again, the command "Run As>WOApplication" for the (very basic)
helloworld example give me the windows named "Select Java Application"
but if I select "Application - webobjectexamples.helloworld" I have
error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to find framework named
"HelloWorld" on my Safari.
Tha same occurs for every example project on my iMac but nothing like
