Hello all guys
Im really noob but really interested in learning webobjects, I have been looking trough out some tutorials but I hae faild in the attempt to making them work. Im a computer science student so most programing stuff I understand, but WO its being quite hard to learn. I have been looking out for some books but I have faild as well, I can't bu the 2 avaaible so far due that Im from Colombia. If some one can provide me with some .pdf or something I will apreciate it. Also if someone can give me some guidance to start learning WO I will be really happy, sometimesI feel so lost in the subject, but I have never decided to quit.

A good starting point would be

A maybe simpler alternative to get Eclipse / WOLips setup on your machine could be Jeremy Matthews' Eclipse / WOLips installer @ http://sisuworks.com/files/WOLips_Gamma.zip or http://homepage.mac.com/WebObjects/FileSharing.woa/wa/WOLips.zip.zip?a=downloadFile&user=jeremymatthews&path=.Public/WOLips .

Be sure to read

Since you seem to be starting from scratch, I would strongly suggest to directly jump into WOnder which makes WO even better (much more so)

The path to WebObjects enlightenment (I'm still on that road) is not necessarily a smooth one, but hang in there, the reward seems well worth it :-)

Also make sure you're subscribe to the WOLips and the WOnder mailing lists and use the appropriate mailing list to ask questions. The folks there are not only brilliant they are also incredibly helpful and nice people.
