Actually,
It is a bug in ReportMills documentation. Or, at the very least ship
with a blank .wo file along with relevant java classes.

This error message is totally bogus, it should not be there, I did
track it down recently and it's the result of a bug in NSBundle, or
a bug in WOComponentDefinition, depending what the contract been
the two is supposed to be. Ignore it, it's a red herring.
