That's not a recommendation at all.
The one best thing Apple could (but alas won't) do would be to trash
the ugly thing and bring WebObject/EOF back to ObjC.
This seems to be a pretty nice attempt to do the next best thing --
whether it will succeed or not, that's a very big question (it
definitely won't until it supports EOF, too).
