Alan is saying his works fine without the WEB-INF/Library folder
structure, but it's sounding like maybe we still need the .woa and the
lib jar copies ... So at the moment, I really do just need to tweak
the classpath entries in WEB-XML to point to the WEB-INF/xxxx.woa
folder. Confirmation or denial desired ...
