Ok i did what I wrote bellow, and well no compiling errors, but when
launching the app, I see nothing form the .css or.js it seems the
paths are wrong, I was looking into the list and saw someone had the
same problem but found no solution to it. I dunno if I should put
the whole project somewhere, I saw one day one guy putting into /
library/webserver/ and somewhere there, but I don't recall where
exactly.

Hello and thanks for the posts....
Im glad im using wonder.!
One question
I see you are using inline bindings, isn't it?.
So I can do the following
<webobject name ="SSCSS"></webobject>
.wod
SSCSS : ERXStyleSheet{
filename = "CSS/MyCssFile.css";
framework = "whatever";
}
the same with the JavaScript.
now, two questions, this method will look into the
WebServerResources folder?
Second: I see in the wonder Api that this ERXStyleSheet has
diferent bindings, can I just leave the framework biding to null?,
I mean what for is it? well yes, it says:
framework name of the framework for the style sheet
another thing before I forget, Im using an open source js to create
a dynamic calendar on the webpage, it work for me in a simple html
created in DreamWeaver, but I was thinking how to put the following:
<script language="Javascript">
dynapi.library.setPath('./src/');
dynapi.library.include('dynapi.api');
dynapi.library.include('TemplateManager');
dynapi.library.include('HTMLCalendar');
</script>
Just put instead the dynapi.library.setPath('./src/');
dynapi.library.setPath('../../WebServerResources/Others/src/'); ?
sorry.. too many questions.?

I would only use this method if you're injecting CSS/js from a
subcomponent. If you are adding it in your headerfooter
component, you should use:
<wo:ERXStyleSheet framework="whatever" filename="CSS/
MyCSSFile.css"/>
<wo:ERXJavaScript framework="whataver" filename="Javascript/
MyJavascriptFile.css"/>
