When I try to run AjaxExample2, I get this error:

Error: com.webobjects.appserver.parser.woml.WOMLTemplateParserException:
AjaxHeaderFooter: 3:36: wo:str {null={value=$^title}} has no WOElement
Reason: wo:str {null={value=$^title}} has no WOElement
What is the problem here?
AjaxExample runs ok.
