Given the limitation of 1000 requests/ day and 10 words to be sent
at a time, I am a bit scary to use Google spell check API. Do we
have any other better alternative.

turns up quite a few alternatives including Jazzy, an LGPL spell
checker API as well as a DeveloperWorks article on it http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/java/library/j-jazzy/
