Cool. That need for me might have just arrived. Is that with apache

Yes. Apart from some minor issues [1] everything works just fine here.

based CMS, the app has a way more complicate backend system (as it
includes everything I do privately with WO, including all my little
playing around things).
Current toy project: handling of ERAttachments with D2W, automagic
scaling of images with sips and caching them again as ERAttachment
file system objects for later use without the need for on-the-fly
scaling (e.g. thumbnailing).

I know that this URL is wrong, but never noticed until the app crashed
when I switched to 5.4, I handled that with my subclass of the
ERXDirectActionRequestHandler
