The application is of type ERXAjaxApplication and in the
application's constructor I set the context class to type
ERXAjaxContext.
Nope, ERXAjaxApp defines only the minimum code necessary to use Ajax
features. ERXApplication/ERXWOContext are required to make rewriteURL
work.
