OK, So re-installing GraphKit.pkg by using Pacifist fixed that issue. It wasn't WebObjects issue. sorry throw it in the wrong list.

I've seen this once before and IIRC it's not specific to WO. I
believe it was from an old (bad?) install of GraphKit.
