I've trashed my copy of eclipse, downloaded a new copy and re-
installed everything from scratch and re-imported my old projects
already. Sorry.

This exception isn't from Entity Modeler, it's from the EOModel
wizard. Can you open Errors View (Window=>Show
View=>Other...=>Error Log), clear it, then open Entity Modeler and
see if an error appears?
