Hi Mike et Al,
After moving the file out of that directory, and opening/closing
Eclipse several times, that file did still not get created.... +
things stopped working again.
hybrid:WOLips dennis$ mv wolips.properties ~/Desktop
hybrid:WOLips dennis$ ls
hybrid:WOLips dennis$ ls
hybrid:WOLips dennis$ ls
hybrid:WOLips dennis$

For the sake of science, can you try creating the WOLips folder in
here but don't make the file and see if the file gets created? This
just doesn't happen on mine.
