To answer my own question, it apparently was enough to duplicate the
eomodel, removing the old one and reverted the name to the old one!
Solved the problem anyway!

I am using eclipse for a new project but are having a small
problem... when the project was started I could double click the
model to open in a new window. At some point though i have to right-
click an choose open in entity modeler, which does not open in a new
window. Is something broke? Other projects works fine! If I create a
new eomodel in this project that one opens in a new window!
