Nope, we will do recordings but no streaming. Streaming can be a
nightmare (network issues, people who can't access, etc.) and most
people who would listen to it are in Europia or Asia/Australia, they
would have to stay up all night to listen to it live.
Bah, Streaming? Where's the fun in that? What you want is to be there
in person so you can drink beer with Chuck, or watch Chuck drink beer.
Drinking beer while watching Chuck streaming over the internet would
just be sad. ;-)
-Is the block booking for the hotel also valid only for the weekend?
Good from June 5 to June 12.
To clarify, you can book rooms for any number of nights. If you are
just staying for the weekend, then just book the number of nights you
need. All nights attributed to WOWODC West attendees count against our
block number.
