If you've reset the perspective and it's still not showing up, there should be a drag-bar that separates the HTML from the WOD editor. Drag it up. It's tiny though, only a couple pixels so it's hard to grab.

See: http://wiki.objectstyle.org/confluence/display/WOL/mail/4620405

If that doesn't do it... I'm not sure. Is this Eclipse 3.4.2? Are you using Maclipse? More detail than "the newer environment" would be helpful.

Alright, having battled through getting WOLips working on the new machine, I am having a new issue :(.

In the newer environment, I no longer see the WOD editor when editing the HTML, and I have to open the WOD editor in a seperate window. This can't be expected behavior. So suggestions on what I've done wrong ?
