Use a rewrite rule like this (if you use Apache):

RewriteRule ^app/(.*)$ cgi-bin/WebObjects/YourWOApp.woa/$1 [R]

Wach out if you have HTTP GET url. It seems that Apache rewrite didn't
handle URL encoding escape well. (Or just because I didn't set it up
correctly.)
