A good number of the sessions have already been provided to
attendees. This should mean that you'll be able to buy them "soon".

And I believe Pascal is hammering out pricing details as I type...
Some sort of "site licensing" would be great - I have a department of
5 WO programmers up here and once the videos are released, we'll
probably be conducting our own little WOWODC (complete with cardboard
Chucks, Daves Pascals).
