The issue I can foresee with this ^^^ is that it goes back to the
app server, but is probably not a problem for many situations.
Sure. Yeah we've just gone through reworking our static vs app
resources. It's hard to find a happy medium between developer needs
for separation of versions and customer needs for simplicity.
