Hey Gustavo,
So, migrations worked when creating the "Categories" table, but
wouldn't create the relationships or indexes? I understand you giving
up and just doing it manually, but I think we may still be able to
track down what's causing the problems, and the more problems we clear
up, the better it will be for future MySQL users - yourself included.
