The Rule Modeler preference was not set, so now that it is, I am no
longer getting that error, and it seems to have generated a file, but
the data is malformed. It seems to be putting far more data into each
cell than I was asking for.
In any event, I need to leave for four hours, and will look at it
again in the morning. This is the first time I've used direct to web,
so presumably I need to look a bit deeper when I get back.
