I've noted 2 things today:
1) All of the WebObjects material is located in Apple's "Legacy"
development reference area. There is no reference to WebObjects in

2) Snow Leopard does not install the WebObjects framework with XCode.
You can install it either from the 5.4.3 update (a DMG) or with

I am reluctant to start developing with WebObjects if it will not be
supported and updated in the future. What is Apple's recommended
development path for a web application?
Check the list archives to see references to upcoming versions of
WebObjects (5.5 and 5.6).
