2. EOModeler doesn't seem to like this operation. After changing
the entity name the flattened relationships become broken. The
intermediary table doesn't pick up on the change in the destination.
fixed ... fallout from an optimization where we try to only write out
files that have been affected by various changes rather than the
entire eomodel, but because internally we're instance-based rather
than name-based, renaming an entity wasn't marking the join entity as
dirty (because nothing changed from its perspective).
