And it should not be. That was an observation, not a complaint. This
is the natural result of independently developed code aimed at solving
the same problems. There is no reason to expect it to co-exist. Most
of the problems originate in pre-Java, pre-OpenSource days.
Heck, I even had to look up what it means.
