If you already have an hand in WO, Pratical WebObjects is the way to go.

For someone with many years object orientated + db experience. Have reasonable CoreData exposure too. Looking for something to fill in the details, particularly with regards db interactions, scaling and efficiency rather than high level concepts. Online articles great too.
