take a look at WORequest#isMultipartFormData,
WORequest#multipartIterator, WOMultipartIterator and
WOMultipartIterator.WOFormData
For inspiration, you colud take a look into
AjaxFileUploadRequestHandler in Wonder's Ajax framework.
