FWIW, I have no problems with dev resource URLS and I just checked two separate
application dev environments right just now:

1) Eclipse 3.5.1 Carbon, WOLips 3.5.6409, WebObjects 5.3.3

2) Eclipse 3.5.1 Carbon, WOLips 3.5.6031, WebObjects 5.4.3

Mac config: OS X 10.6.3

I have been using these environments daily 100% for a long time.

In fact, I find the above configurations pretty rock solid with the exception
of the rare occasional time when WOD autocompletion stops working and I need to
restart Eclipse.

If you need specific settings for either app environment to help troubleshoot,
let me know
