This is normal, most Eclipse plugins, including WOLips, are binded to a .X 
release of Eclipse. So you need to install Eclipse 3.5 to get WOLips 3.5.

I think the All-In-One installer is installing the stuff in 
Developer/Applications/eclipse. Check the wiki for more information about 
manual installation :
