Hey Chuck! Are there WOInst cookies in the mix here? Because I believe that will bind a test case to an instance, just like having an instance in the URL will. One way around that is to record test cases with one set of instance numbers and then play back against a different set of instance numbers. A PITA but a quick(er) LOL way to check if that's what happening.
