I have a component that lists open jobs. I am hunting for a way to refresh the
component automatically.
If I were talking directly to the database I would register for notifications
and if there were an update to the table, refresh. I don't think this is doable
for a webobject app. so I guess the next best solution would be a timer that
fires a refresh.
Could someone point me to an example of a timed refresh. From what I read, I
need to make this a direct action but I haven't found any examples...
