It turns out that no combination of optimize="off", debug="true" and debuglevel="lines"/debuglevel="source,lines" is putting line numbers or filenames in my exception stack traces. To recap, this is building externally, with Ant, in Hudson. Build machine's javac is 1.6.0_20. Deployment machine's JRE is 1.6.0_12, running the app under JavaMonitor.
