You actually have to add your app (and an instance of it) in JavaMonitor and 
use it from there. When not using direct connect but launching your app via 
Eclipse, it won't the use the settings you set in Monitor, and I don't think 
you can change the timeout settings inside Eclipse.

That really means it takes too long and the app wasn't able to talk back to the 
browser. But really, 26 seconds for login? Excessive data fetching? How long 
the DB queries take?
