I will try with AjaxFlexibleFileUpload to upload files in AMD. I found the
authors of AjaxFlexibleFileUpload are Dleber and Yourself. But I didn't find
David's AjaxFlexibleFileUpload component. I will search for this David's
AjaxFlexibleFileUpload component, and I will try to use this.

WOFileUpload can't work with Ajax. It's basically impossible for javascript
to get access to the file to perform the upload. You need to use the newer
Ajax file upload that David made -- AjaxFlexibleFileUpload -- to be able to
have it in an AMD.
