There are three names, all of which can be different:
1. Entity: User
2. Class: com.foo.bar.User
3. Table: MyUser

From the EOUtilities.objectMatchingValues docs:

Parameters:
ec - an EOEditingContext
name - the name of the EOEntity
values - specifies value of Enterprise Object

It wants the Entity name.  That is NOT the source of your problem.
