Hi Klaus, I once wrote the ERCalendar stuff (yes, it's eight years ago). I have had plans to improve it, but there hasn't been any time for that.
The iCalendar standard states that line's longer than 75 characters should be folded, and that's probably what's causes your blank lines. Make sure that the ERPublishCalendarPage.html file has CR/LF as line breaks (that's what should be in the resulting file), if there is only LF line breaks, the folding code wreaks havoc.
