Not that I know of. I could certainly add another episode covering the different components available for upload, display and download as well as how to use them in ERModernLook. I did a little write-up on the page that Paul linked to. If you understand the basics of how to set the properties and do the migrations associated with the ERAttachment framework, you basically just set one rule that gives the component you want to use for the upload / download. Examples of how to use specific components with ERModernLook weren't really covered. The sessions tended to be a bit higher-level such as how to debug the rules, how to create assignment classes. I think that you have identified a gap where a few screen-casts could be nicely slotted in. I have a couple planned as they turn out to be a lot less time consuming than trying to write up documentation/tutorials.
