I don't remember why I have downloaded the java 1.5 package and installed it on 
Snow Leopard with Pacifist then...
I didn't know that you could target 1.5 with a 1.6 JVM.
Anyway, I have restored the symlinks as before the java update, and I succeeded 
to deploy again.

Thanks a lot to every one who helped me go to sleep (It's 2 o'clock in the 
morning here in France and I can now go to bed, finally).
