Hi Joe,

Do you have this in build.properties?

# Needed as app is deployed with frameworks fully embedded
frameworksBaseURL=/WebObjects/MyApp.woa/Frameworks

That works for Wonder based apps.  If yours is not Wonder based, there is one 
more hack you need.
