I was think something more along the lines of <input type="time"/> myself (^_^) A clock might look nice, but a simple string formatter is easier to create and easier for most users to read anyway.

It is really going to be easier to enter 6:15 PM with a graphical clock? A calendar makes perfect sense, but a clock?

You crack me up Dave (^_^) But I will need some joda time components once those new prototypes go in. Hrmmm...

Pfft. No one could write an ERTimestampPicker component, certainly not by the weekend.

Which might be better for some than SVG, which currently requires application/xhtml+xml mime type. If your code is sloppy, the browser is just going to crap out pink error dialogs all day long (^_^)

Hi Dan,

I'm not aware of one. You could conceivably do a display time component pretty easily with a few lines of SVG. With just two circle elements, you are most of the way there...

<svg width="80" height="80">
<circle cx="40" cy="40" r="20" stroke="darkslategray" stroke- width="10" stroke-dasharray="1.75 8.72" fill="lightslategray" fill-opacity="0.5" /> <circle cx="40" cy="40" r="10" stroke="darkslategray" stroke- width="20" stroke-dasharray="0.875 14.833 0.875 100" fill="none" />
</svg>

Greetings Wizards named David, and other geniuses of WO,
Is there such a thing as a timestamp attribute level component for D2W that includes a clock as well as a calendar? Any kind of clock will do. Obviously, the worst case is that I build the darn thing myself. Although, the beauty of D2W is incredible capability of reuse of code and components that D2W has.
