me thinks you want to add just one button to the page level? use David's
technique - the page has nice components you can add things to - so, download a
file per page, use David's suggestions

if you want to add a component to each line in your table, use my technique -

you can put any property->component you want in D2W, a rule to add a component
for that property would make the component show up and you could do anything
you want with it.

D2W is confusingly simple.

with careful design, D2W can be the most efficient and powerful centralization
of business and contextual interface logic.
