They _should_ work fine, and would be useful for learning some of the basics. 
They probably require a little bit of set-up. Someday when one of us has time, 
we should probably cleanup those up and suck them into a "ready to run" github 
repository.

Meanwhile Wonder has an examples folder too that you should take a look at.
