Yes and no. When I Refactor -> Rename 'd the .java file, it did rename the .wo and its contents. Very cool!
But when I tried to Refactor -> Rename it back, it failed saying that a file with that name already existed. I had to manually rename the .wo directory in the finder, which apparently WOlips noticed and renamed the constituent files. So, all-in-all a very Eclipse experience. It works. Sort of.
