That means that the JavaMonitorFramework is not installed (or, I suppose, 
damaged).  I will guess that the migration script did not grab everything.  I'd 
download the 5.3.3 installer and run that.

Yes, they should.  Very little has changed at the adaptor level over the years.

It is pretty minor.  Are you using Wonder?  Moving to a recent Wonder version 
might be more of a change.  All in, I'd guess 2-4 days.
