In BlessingsApp.woa/Contents/Frameworks, does your two Model frameworks are 
there?

Yeah, might be pre-WOLips 3.4 instructions lurking around somewhere in the 
wiki... That was the way of doing it in the days, but since WOLips 3.4, you can 
work with the frameworks as source by linking to them as WO Library instead of 
projects. On which page did you read that information?
