TinyMCE and FCKEditor are JavaScript code that attach to <textarea> (so, in our 
case, WOText elements) to add rich text elements. No need for a framework, you 
just need to link to TinyMCE or FCKEditor in the pages where you need it. 
TinyMCE have excellent documentation, look at it.
