Ok, this is sort of off-topic, but next week I really want to work on starting the steps required to register the association as a non-profit. But for that, I need 2 other Canadians to register as applicants on the registration form. Those two applicants will also become the two first directors (the third one will be myself). When the non-profit is registered, we will also need to have 2 more directors (I'm not sure if those two have to be Canadians or not).
