You don't need to change the entity name, just the table name.  They don't need 
to be the same, and User is way easier to read in Java.  Name a table User was 
a rather unfortunate choice for a tutorial...

I am not sure, I don't have any current postgres projects.  Does the project 
include the PostgresqlPlugIn.framework from Project Wonder?
