Try loading the page without the pdf wrapper first and running the resulting 
html you get through W3C's validator.

If your output page is not well formed xhtml, the PDF generator will not work. 
You must generate valid code or else it will fail.

Are you fetching data on a separate thread using a long response or something?  
That sounds like your page is not blocking the current thread until page 
generation is done.

There is a 'filename' binding on ERPDFWrapper.  Set that and you'll get 
something besides result.pdf.
