what great news to see you there (I have lot of questions for you).

I have used onLoad attribute but my bindings was not a fonction but the tinyMCE.js file.

Thanks for your example, I try it now.

when doing ajax, you have to re-init the tinymce editor, in your case something like should work :

ProblematiqueTab : AjaxTabbedPanelTab {
    name = "Problematique";
    isSelected = problematiqueTabSelected;
