We use Rackspace here at work because of HIPAA. Their support is great. With
Rackspace, I can actually call them on the phone and get help with my account
:-) I don't get put on hold. Their Linux guys actually know what they're
doing. I really have nothing but good things to say about them. Whenever I've
had to file a support ticket, they follow up and get their job done promptly.
I don't know how much we pay, but I don't think AWS has a comparable level of
support for the price.

So if you're not a unix guru and don't really want to be, Rackspace might be an
attractive option.
